The bed here was so cozy – they had a mix of soft feather and hypo-allergenic pillows that made sleeping amazing. the room was super quiet, and I was really able to unwind. Having a TV, fridge, and coffee maker in the room made everything so convenient! 🛏️

Clean room, it had exceptionally comfortable bed. Its location at a moderate distance from Bob Devaney Sports Center was perfect.

We had a great stay in a double room with a safe, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator, perfectly located near the Bob Devaney Sports Center and right in the middle of Jackson.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel with the nice staff. We had an excellent meal in the morning and some delicious food at the rooftop bar. - the venue was close to restaurants, park, and Lincoln, right in the middle of Jackson. - Nothing to complain about, the hotel met standards.

The lobby and outside areas of Scarlet, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel were beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming and spacious atmosphere. The room itself had a relaxing and tasteful decor, providing a peaceful environment. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel as a whole was impeccable, making for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was impressively decorated, and the breakfast sandwich was delicious. the lobby and outdoor areas were spacious, giving a relaxing atmosphere for our romantic escape. We really appreciated the clean rooms and the elegantly decorated interior.

There were a number of negative aspects to the hotel, including the tricky bathroom/closet barn door setup, lack of information about nearby restaurants and room service, and the poor pillows that flattened out quickly, requiring extra towels and folding. we couldn't access the rooftop bar due to the staffing shortage.

The hotel is located in a prime spot, with easy access to nearby attractions, shopping and restaurants. The property is well-maintained, clean and new, with beautiful decor that creates an upscale vibe. The staff at the cafe is extremely friendly, and their muffins are amazing, setting off the perfect start to your day.

The shower can be frustrating to use, with water taking too long to warm up and the water saver not providing the right amount of water pressure.
